The home’s motor court was the site of a Thanksgiving Day altercation between her former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and actor Olivier Martinez that landed both men in the hospital.
It is estimated to have caused up to $5billion worth of damages to real estate in the area, according to The Real Deal. Halle bought the house in 2005 from former “Malcolm in the Middle” star Frankie Muniz for nearly $6 million, according to Times archives. The five-bedroom house has 5,900 square feet of living space and sits on more than a half acre with a 1,400-square-foot guest house, a swimming pool and spa. The home is being shopped off the Multiple Listing Service as a pocket listing for $15 million, area real estate agents confirmed. “We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son,” they announced.

Just one day after Olivier Martinez and estranged wife Halle Berry confirmed news of their split, the French actor was spotted leaving the Beverly Hills home they used to share Wednesday with his wedding band noticeably missing from his left hand. The actress has reportedly placed the property on the market, but was said to have put it up for sale prior to the fight between her fiance Olivier Martinez, and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, which broke out there last week. The iconic hollywood actress moved into this house while her Hollywood Hills home was being repaired. The dining room also has a separate side garden surrounded by two-story walls of glass for extra privacy.
Sources told PEOPLE the couple’s fiery personalities – including Martinez’s "explosive temper" – led to frequent fights, and the pair lived apart for much of their marriage. The Thanksgiving fight took place on Thursday morning when 37 year old Aubry was dropping Nahla off back to Berry's Hollywood Hills residence. Some reports have suggested that 46 year old Martinez came out and told Aubry that "we need to move on."
